Lanai area has table and chairs. You have access to pool/Jacuzzi and BBQ area. Parking can be challenging, especially at night when you come back from activities, but with this rental you don't have to worry as you have a RESERVED parking spot #214 right by your vacation rental, this is really awesome and adds value to this location and unit! Sandpiper Village is located in the heart of Princeville just steps away from the scenic walking path that runs through Princeville from the entrance to the world class St. Regis Resort. Perfect for a morning walk to the park or shopping center or an afternoon surf session, or evening stroll to watch the sunset. This path boasts stunning views of mountains with cascading waterfalls, a world class golf course, breathtaking sunsets, access to a public beach and whale watching.
The Princeville Shopping Center is conveniently located less than a mile from Sandpiper Village and it features restaurants, a grocery store, gas station and plenty of shopping.
